Your Team:      Dr.Aldridge's

Dr. Noah Aldridge went to undergrad at UVA-Wise, in Virginia where he played collegiate tennis (and got his butt whooped!). Then a few years later graduated from Logan University class of 2020. After graduating, he studied dry needling. Though it wasn't what he set out to do originally, he has seen that when people start feeling better in their bodies, it creates a spark that carries into the rest of life—helping them become better athletes, parents, coworkers, neighbors, and humans.

"When I was young, my father went through cancer. We were blessed to have an excellent surgeon, Dr. Hayes, who helped him through surgery, my dad was left with residual ongoing pain. After all, a dollar bill can fit inside the hole of his hip to this day. The medications helped manage it, but they didn’t solve the problem and often affected his energy, clarity, and ability to work. Mom and Dad  began exploring health in a more holistic ways, which influenced me to search for natural healing doctors - and here we are!"

Dr. Noah and his family love Missouri’s beautiful parks and outdoors, and misses mountains. He'd love to talk about living in a camper for 2 years, including wintering in Colorado. Rebekah, his wife, inspired him to toughen up and be brave- wear those toe shoes and go organic! She’s changed his life, and allergies, by keeping him in her home region of Saint Louis after graduating Logan University, even though he’s from Virginia. â€‹He believes it’s a blessing to adjust his wife through her pregnancies, the little ones that come from their love, and share the experience of life with everyone.

It goes without saying his favorite people to work with are families and athletes! He would be honored to share time with you too.

Dr. Rebekah was a record breaking track and cross country athlete in college at South East Missouri State while getting a degree in dietetics. At one point she was running 5k's in the sub 16 minute range! When she got sick and had to quit her passion for competition, it lead her through various medical treatment. On her journey to health, she met a chiropractor who believed in supporting her body's ability to heal. â€‹â€‹

Through chiropractic, nutrition, and prayer, she met her stud muffin husband...- I mean, she regained health. Now she spends time chasing two young whipper snappers she birthed at home with the help of wonderful wonderful midwives. Her passion is Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Pediatric Chiropractic.
