ADAPT
I hope the content of this e-mail serves you!
At this time, the office is still open and active to support your health and wellness but has changed to adapt to the current pandemic.
The changes are:
Hours of availability have switched to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8 am-11 am and 3 pm-7 pm.
The time slot for each adjustment has increased to include sanitization in-between visits.
I wear a mask with each visit to follow the current recommendations.
Virtual health consultations are being offered through zoom which will focus on walking through self trigger point therapy, tapping, muscle release, positive affirmations, etc. to help you integrate whatever you’re experiencing.
The virtual world is very new to me and something I feel is needed to incorporate into the practice right now.
The first consultation is FREE and will last about an hour.
Schedule this through the “Book Online” tab
How you can support yourself during this time:
Receiving an adjustment to integrate the change.
Drink WATER! About half of your body weight in ounces as a baseline.
BREATHE! For 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening, while laying down, put one hand on your belly button. Breathe DEEP into the hand that is on your belly button trying to raise that hand as high as you can with breath.
Sleep. Recommended 6-10 hours a night but everyone is different.
Find something to laugh about whether that’s a TV show, video chat with friends, animals, anything!
Increase consumption of one ingredient foods (fruit, vegetables, organic meats, etc.)
Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Zinc whole food supplementation
Enjoy nature/ being outside when possible
Movement! This can be walking, yoga, running, biking, gardening… anything.
Speak the affirmations, “My body is HEALTHY and WHOLE” and “I am SAFE, PROTECTED, and LOVED”
Don’t hesitate to e-mail me with any questions or concerns!
In loving service,
Dr. Rebekah
Psalm 91
1
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]
2
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3
Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
4
He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5
You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7
A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8
You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9
If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10
no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11
For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12
they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13
You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14
“Because he[b] loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15
He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16
With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”
